  Location is awesome. Every night there was a street musician(s) “concert”; open the (noise blocking) windows and you have amazing concerts in your room! This is not a fancy... read more hotel. It’s a hundreds years old building but clean and functional. Lots of shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants nearby. Really couldn’t ask for a better location.
One mattress is basically a futon-style mattress, not super comfortable- but adequate. The pillows probably should be upgraded, but these are trivial recommendations. Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Communicating with the host was easy and they were very helpful.

There were couple of issues - very few towels provided, and no... read more shampoo or body wash, so we had to wash the towels and buy our own shampoo/ soap. Also, one of the bedroom minisplits did not work - since we visited in April, it was neither hot or cold, so it was manageable, but slightly inconvenient.

Michelangelo was very responsive and helpful—especially when my mom accidentally locked us out :). The apartment, amenities, host and location all get 5 stars!
