The beds were... read more comfortable and the towels were big and soft compared to a lot of AirBnBs I’ve stayed in. Hand soap was provided but not shampoo/body soap. We knew that and had brought our own. Michelangelo was very friendly and responsive and gave us great recommendations for food and drink. There is an outdoor leather market across the street and an opera singer was busking in front of it in the evenings, which just added more to the ambiance. I would happily stay here again and again!

The apartment is in a busy location and a bit noisy outside BUT the soundproof windows made it so we could comfortably sleep at night, they made a huge difference. We could hear the music and people with the windows open but once we closed them it was like turning off the radio. Quite nice!

  This place is in about the epicenter of Florence. Mere minutes from the Doumo, Piazza Della Republica, Piazza Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio. Can't get much better.

  Wow, what an incredible apartment! The location absolutely can not be beat. Central and easy, with a great lift to the fourth floor. The space had high ceilings, gorgeous floors... read more and artwork, and windows with lovely views of the Florentine rooftops. It is right in the heart of everything and yes, there is street noise - but also music and just great sounds of the city. The windows, when closed are virtually soundproof! Practically, it was beyond expectations, with two huge bedrooms, great living and closet space, good lighting, a full size washer AND dryer, a nice kitchen (although we did not eat in) and very comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were great - master bath with two sinks and lots of space, plus a second bath with shower and yet a third half bath! So charming. Michelangelo met us and was helpful with our specific questions. I had noted previous reviews that mentioned there is no soap, shampoo etc for guests, which was fine with us and I believe part of the guidelines for hosts. But other apartments do provide these so please keep in mind if you are lucky enough to book. (There is a Pharmacie next door should you require any special items).
