The only issue... read more we had was our own fault. We didnt read the entry lock instructions properly. And he was helpful with us. I suggest to make sure entry pad lights up before you begin entering the code. Instructions are clear. He gave great recommendations. Perfect for 4 people and make sure to open your windows in evening for glorious live music from the square. Quiets down in plenty of time for sleep. We loved our stay!

Very nice bed in master bedroom, dual pane windows... read more really do a great job at keeping out the street noise. Good wifi, and this was a great location for us. There are 24 stairs up to the landing to catch the elevator(lift) up to the top (fourth) floor.

  Great stay in Florence. MIchelangelo was a great host. He met us at a central location and made everything super easy for us. We will definitely stay again.
