  Great, clean place in a excellent location next to everything - museums, duomo, restaurants. Host was very responsive. There were couple of issues - very few towels provided, and no... read more shampoo or body wash, so we had to wash the towels and buy our own shampoo/ soap. Also, one of the bedroom minisplits did not work - since we visited in April, it was neither hot or cold, so it was manageable, but slightly inconvenient.

He gave us information on where food places to eat where and museums we... read more must not miss. The apt itself was beautiful. Two bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a queen/king size bed. The second bedroom had two twin beds and just next to it, a full size bathroom. There was an extra toilet just across from the living area. The kitchen is usable if you want to make food and store items. But we ate out almost always. There’s also a washer and dryer which we ended up needed. Even though it’s a busy street , when the windows are completely closed, you hardly hear a thing. We are very light sleepers and it fit us perfectly.

Spacious and clean with plenty of hot water and great facilities with washing machine and dryer.
Would have been a nice touch to have had bottled water, a coffee pod or two and some shower gel to have when arriving. An extra towel or so would also have been helpful.

  Located in a very central place in Firenze, literally less than 1 minute from piazza Signoria and a 2 minute walk from the duomo. You can literally walk to everywhere!... read more Yet, the apartment has great soundproof windows, so the sound doesn't penetrate much into the apartment at night.

Michelangelo is a great host - very friendly and welcoming, and his responses were within minutes. Would definitely recommend.
