The place was very large. 2 and a half bath was very helpful to get ready in the morning. The location can’t be beat. It’s very close to everything.

Michelangelo greeted us while checking in. He even let us do early check in as we reached early to Firenze.
He showed... read more us each and every space of apartment, and introduced the whole city with his own guide map. I have never seen a host like him, and we were so impressed by the way he appreciated & valued his own property, as we had bad experience in Air B&B in Rome where the host didn’t even take a look & take care of the house.
You will really feel that this house is loved by the host and you will also be able to take a good care of his apartment as he does.
The location is just perfect, you can get anywhere by foot. For supermarket, I would recommend the Conad located across the Vecchico bridge.
Highly recommended!!!!

Except for a few steps to the elevator, it’s very easy to enter the apartment.
Because of the steps it is not wheelchair accessible but awesome place for the price to stay.
the Host was always reachable at all times and made great suggestions.
Never needed a taxi to go anywhere because everything is walking distance

The 1/2 bathroom was a bonus. The place is a great location if you want to be downtown, with the majority of the main sites well within walking distance. The elevator was great for getting up to the 4th floor. While the downtown is busy, the bedrooms were quiet for sleeping.

  Michelangelo’s place was spacious, clean and in the middle of everything. He was super responsive and was very accommodating. Would stay there again.

  Very spacious and excellently located apartment. The building however is an extremely old historic building and the interior of the apartment could use renovating and updating
