It’s a hundreds years old building but clean and functional. Lots of shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants nearby. Really couldn’t ask for a better location.
One mattress is basically a futon-style mattress, not super comfortable- but adequate. The pillows probably should be upgraded, but these are trivial recommendations. Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Communicating with the host was easy and they were very helpful.

The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy - you can relax and feel right at home at an end of a busy day exploring the very beautiful city of Florence.
The host is friendly and understanding - meeting us upon arrival and allowed us to check in early.
As a family of four -we highly recommend staying here! We will be back!!

We... read more were 3 ladies traveling so the 2 and a half bathrooms came in handy. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone was impeccably clean and in good shape. The elevator starts only from the first floor so dragging some suitcases up that flight of steps was a bit daunting but in all truth we had been forewarned so not an issue.
