The elevator starts only from the first floor so dragging some suitcases up that flight of steps was a bit daunting but in all truth we had been forewarned so not an issue. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Instructions for entering apartment were texted to us the day of arrival and Michelangelo met us at apartment to orient us. (Hint for travelers from USA, bring shampoo, bath soap and washcloth.)
