There were couple of issues - very few towels provided, and no... read more shampoo or body wash, so we had to wash the towels and buy our own shampoo/ soap. Also, one of the bedroom minisplits did not work - since we visited in April, it was neither hot or cold, so it was manageable, but slightly inconvenient.
