We... read more were 3 ladies traveling so the 2 and a half bathrooms came in handy. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone was impeccably clean and in good shape. The elevator starts only from the first floor so dragging some suitcases up that flight of steps was a bit daunting but in all truth we had been forewarned so not an issue. Overall, highly recommended!

  This apartment is large, very spacious, and perfectly located. Very close, easy walking distance to the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, several museums, and markets. Just a ten minute walk from... read more the Santa Maria Novella train station. Many wonderful restaurants very close, too.

The host, Michalengelo, was terrific and very helpful. The apartment has two bedrooms (one room with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. Separate living room can also sleep 1-2 on sofa. Three bathrooms, two with showers. Fourth floor (top floor) but the building has an elevator once you climb one flight of stairs from the street. My only minor concerns were that the water pressure was adequate, but not strong, and the wifi worked but was a little spotty sometimes.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Florence.

  This place is in about the epicenter of Florence. Mere minutes from the Doumo, Piazza Della Republica, Piazza Signoria, and the Ponte Vecchio. Can't get much better.

I have never seen a host like him, and we were so impressed by the way he appreciated & valued his own property, as we had bad experience in Air B&B in Rome where the host didn’t even take a look & take care of the house.
You will really feel that this house is loved by the host and you will also be able to take a good care of his apartment as he does.
The location is just perfect, you can get anywhere by foot. For supermarket, I would recommend the Conad located across the Vecchico bridge.

  Excellent location, easy communication with host. The apartment is a bit dark and musty but has great views down onto the markets and streets below.
