I have never seen a host like him, and we were so impressed by the way he appreciated & valued his own property, as we had bad experience in Air B&B in Rome where the host didn’t even take a look & take care of the house.
You will really feel that this house is loved by the host and you will also be able to take a good care of his apartment as he does.
The location is just perfect, you can get anywhere by foot. For supermarket, I would recommend the Conad located across the Vecchico bridge.

  You could not ask for a better location. You will be in the middle of everything. You can walk to the Duomo, to the Piazza Vecchio, the Ponte Vecchio, is... read more right down the block. The Basilica of Santa Croce, the Casa Buonarroti (which was a highlight of our visit) are all in walking distance. Museums, restaurants, shops, and to top things off, We were serenaded every night with opera coming from the Square across our apartment. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and Michelangelo is a great host. If we were to return, this is where we would stay.

Spacious and clean with plenty of hot water and great facilities with washing machine and dryer.
Would have been a nice touch to have had bottled water, a coffee pod or two and some shower gel to have when arriving. An extra towel or so would also have been helpful.
