There are a ton of excellent restaurants, bakeries, and a shopping market right outside. We could not have asked for a better host. He had excellent communication, let us check in a little early and gave us excellent recommendations. I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Florence!

Michelangelo was very responsive to any... read more issues we had (lost hot water one morning and his gracious father and a workman showed up that afternoon to fix the problem.) The area is a bit noisy but the double paned windows and shutters block out most of the noise at night. Be aware that though there is a lift to the apartment, you will still need to walk up 20+ steps to get to it. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy - you can relax and feel right at home at an end of a busy day exploring the very beautiful city of Florence.
The host is friendly and understanding - meeting us upon arrival and allowed us to check in early.
As a family of four -we highly recommend staying here! We will be back!!
