Spacious and clean with plenty of hot water and great facilities with washing machine and dryer.
Would have been a nice touch to have had bottled water, a coffee pod or two and some shower gel to have when arriving. An extra towel or so would also have been helpful.

There are 24 stairs up to the landing to catch the elevator(lift) up to the top (fourth) floor.

Kitchen has the basics but no wine bottle opener which seemed very odd for Italy.

Bedroom with bathroom has very comfortable bed while front bedroom has an old wore down futon like bed that is very hard and needs to be updated.

  Very convenient location with lots of liveliness, great to listen to the street musicians at night with the windows open! Michelangelo was very helpful with providing recommendations.
