The only issue... read more we had was our own fault. We didnt read the entry lock instructions properly. And he was helpful with us. I suggest to make sure entry pad lights up before you begin entering the code. Instructions are clear. He gave great recommendations. Perfect for 4 people and make sure to open your windows in evening for glorious live music from the square. Quiets down in plenty of time for sleep. We loved our stay!

Michelangelo was very responsive to any... read more issues we had (lost hot water one morning and his gracious father and a workman showed up that afternoon to fix the problem.) The area is a bit noisy but the double paned windows and shutters block out most of the noise at night. Be aware that though there is a lift to the apartment, you will still need to walk up 20+ steps to get to it. We would definitely stay there again.

  Great place to stay to take in the best of Florence. Very clean and comfortable. Host was excellent!
