Nightly musical performances in market area across street... read more were delightful. Windows shut out the street sound very well. Kitchen not equipped for preparing full meals, adequate for breakfast and snacks.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Instructions for entering apartment were texted to us the day of arrival and Michelangelo met us at apartment to orient us. (Hint for travelers from USA, bring shampoo, bath soap and washcloth.)

It’s a hundreds years old building but clean and functional. Lots of shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants nearby. Really couldn’t ask for a better location.
One mattress is basically a futon-style mattress, not super comfortable- but adequate. The pillows probably should be upgraded, but these are trivial recommendations. Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Communicating with the host was easy and they were very helpful.

He gave us information on where food places to eat where and museums we... read more must not miss. The apt itself was beautiful. Two bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a queen/king size bed. The second bedroom had two twin beds and just next to it, a full size bathroom. There was an extra toilet just across from the living area. The kitchen is usable if you want to make food and store items. But we ate out almost always. There’s also a washer and dryer which we ended up needed. Even though it’s a busy street , when the windows are completely closed, you hardly hear a thing. We are very light sleepers and it fit us perfectly.
